Randy Moss has got nothing on Tony Moeaki.
Wait. Who is Tony Moeaki?
Besides being a tight end with a funny-sounding name, he’s also the star of possibly the best play from this past football Sunday. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end one-upped the New England Patriots star’s amazing one-handed catch last week with one of his own.
It happened during the Chiefs’ 31-10 throttling of the San Francisco 49ers, when Moeaki caught a pass from quarterback Matt Cassel in the back of the endzone. Cassel clearly overthrew Moeaki, but he was able to make an incredible leaping, one-handed play.
There are few things better than seeing a receiver bail out a quarterback by making great catches. Watch the video here, and you’ll see why.
